- Bring a valid ID, insurance card if applicable, any X-rays or MRI reports, and wear comfortable clothing so we can assess movement easily.
- How long is a typical session?
- Initial assessments are usually 45–60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 30–45 minutes of one-to-one treatment.

- Do you offer dry needling in Muscat?
- Yes. Dry needling is provided by trained physiotherapists as part of manual therapy for muscle pain and trigger points.

- ANF (Amino Neuro Frequency) Therapy uses bio-frequency discs to support natural healing. QuadZone was the first clinic to offer ANF Therapy in Oman.

- Yes. We use VALD DynaMo for strength testing and Kinetisense for AI 3D postural analysis to guide objective rehabilitation.

- Assessment and consultation starts from 7 – 15 OMR depending on complexity. Treatment sessions range from 18 – 30 OMR per session, depending on the number of sessions and package you choose.
